No practice is planned for this week. My goal is to meet with everyone individually over the next two weeks. For this happen you need to email or call me to arrange a time.
If your not doing a Spring sport you should be resting over the next few weeks. If you want to keep the rest active, take a 30 minute run every two or three days. If you'd rather ride your bike, keep the gearing in the small ring and ride no longer than one hour.
Rest and rejuventation is key at this point. You've all worked hard this year, enjoy the time off!
