Here is the schedule for this weekend. Parents, please make sure your kids are wearing a watch. Please make sure they are aware of the schedule (I’ll be doing the same thing).
Saturday, Classic Sprint
Start time is 11:00 am. Here is the race order: J2 boys, J2 Girls, J1 men, and J1 women. I’ll try to pick up all bibs at once in the morning on both days.
With a 15 second interval start, the race will move quickly, everyone needs to be ready to race at 10:45am
8:30 am J2 Boys and J2 girls will need to find Morgan in the wax building. See map to the wax building at http://www.chisholmskiclub.org/2008_eastern_cup.html.
9:00 am J1 men and J1 women will find Morgan in the wax building (see directions above)
10:45 am- Everyone at the start line
12:30 pm: Those advancing to the heats, find Morgan for ski testing/prep if needed
Sunday, Freestyle
Interval start. Here is the race order: 10:00 J2 girls 5k, 10:45 J2 boys 5k, 11:30
J1 women, 1:30 J1 men
I want all skis prepped by 10am on Sunday. If you want your skis prepped for Sunday and you have a late start, leave me your skate skis on Saturday. Here is a timeline that should work:
8:30 am – find Morgan in the wax area, I’ll try to pick up all of the bibs at once
9:45 am - J2 women need to be at the starting area
10:30 am- J2 men need to be at the starting area
11:15 am- J1 women need to be at the starting area
1:15 pm – J1 men need to be at the starting area
