Now that we have very little day light we will need to end work outs by 4:30 at the latest and be very careful to ski single file and be visible!
Monday 11/15- Off
Tuesday 11/16- 3:15 to 4:30 Skate Roller Ski at Twinbrooks with speed. 10 minutes of level 3. Equal recovery.
Wednesday 11/17- 6:00 to 6:45 Yarmouth High School Strength
Wednesday 3:15 to 4:15 Run at Macworth Island in Falmouth.
Thursday 11/18- 3:15 to 4:30 Classic Roller Ski at Twinbrooks with race pace speed but relaxed and short. Only 2 minutes on and 2 minutes off.
Friday 11/19- On your own short Run and strength 1:30 total
Saturday 11/20- On your own easy roller ski for about or bike. 1:30-1:45 hours.
Sunday 11/21- 1:00 to 3:00PM Skate Roller ski at Pineland Farms.
