The Fall Training block wound down this morning after a great roller-ski near Pineland. 18 degrees with a 20 mph++ of wind kept the temperature around 0. Everyone dressed for it and warmed up eventually! The high school season starts on 12/3. We'll get together as a group next Saturday. Next Saturday, we'll work on mass starts. This will be helpful in prepping for the PI Eastern Cup Sprint. Great practice this morning, days like this make you tough!
