I hope everyone is excited to be training with your high school teams! We will practice this week on:
Thursday, 12/6 3:30-4:45 (dark) Pineland, Oak Hill trailhead
Saturday, 12/8 9:00-10:30 Pineland, Oak Hill trailhead
Both practices will focus on Mass/Sprint Starts. Saturday will have some drills mixed in.
As of this morning no tracks were set yet at Pineland, we'll skate both days.
Don't skip your high school practice on Thursday if your HS coach isn't good with it!
Next weekend is the Eastern Cup in Presque Isle. If your planning to attend, please make sure that your HS coach knows your plan. I'll keep the blog updated with Eastern Cup info as it becomes available.
