Great practice at Pineland today. For a few, it was the first time on snow but for others it was a Canada continuation day. We worked on double pole starts. We did some easy intervals around the field in packs, gaining a comfort level with skiing close together. All in prepartaion for the Presque Isle Eastern Cup. I saw some photos on the Nordic Heritage Sports Center website, the conditions look fabulous up in the county. It should be a blast! Hopefully we see you all on Saturday morning!
