The snow skiing is amazing! Today we had a three hour skate ski, we practiced our tele-skiing and had an intense relay race that involved running up a hill to the finish. The food here is unbelievable, literally. For lunch today we had salmon in a pesto sauce with risotto and sauteed vegetables. We have had our share of museli and yogurt but we're not tired of it yet. We trained for a week in Sollefteå, Sweden before coming to Norway, with a bunch of Swedes, rocked the Disco, and ran up a mountain. We leave tomorrow to go back to Sweden and fly out on Sunday. Hope all your training is going well at home.

P.S. Adele didn't dance at the disco but has worn her hair in ONE braid quite often!
