It was a great first week of training! Because of the Forth of July holiday practice will be a bit different this coming week; however, we will be back to our normal schedule the following week!

4pm-630pm @ Twin Brooks
Run w/ plyos

Wednesday 7/2
7am-830am @ Greely Middle School
Skate Rollerski

Thursday 7/3
7am-830am @ Twin Brooks
Run w/plyos
