Summer Practices to begin:
Congratulations on the completion of the school year! We are ready to begin our summer MCN practices starting on Monday. Meghan has a schedule all set for next week. Here are a couple of points to remember:
- All practices will take place at Twin Brook unless it is specified on the schedule. For next week only, all three roller-ski practices (Mon, Wed, Fri) will start at Greely Middle School (drive down the driveway and we’ll meet at the drop-off point). The entrance to the Greely Middle School is on Tuttle Road just beyond Twin Brook. This will keep things contained for new roller-skiers. After next week, practices will resume at Twin Brook.
- Before Monday, everyone should be prepared with all necessary equipment: rollerskis, helmet, boots, poles with rollerski tips, and a water bottle & holder. NO ONE WILL SKI W/O A HELMET!!!!!!! If you have any equipment questions you can call me and hopefully I will be able to help!
It is also important that we are able to start practice at 7:00am or 4:30pm depending on the day, which means everyone being dressed and ready to go promptly at our start time. If you are going to be late, call and I will let you know where we will be.

MCN Training Weekend Update:
