I hope everyone has had a smooth transition into the new school year. Fall is now in the air and the first ski races are just over three months away.
Starting this Sunday morning, we will practice once a week until the end of the Fall sports season. We will meet at 8:00am at the Pineland visitors center for a 90 minute freestyle roller-ski.
To reemphasize, most the MCN skiers are involved with Fall sports. The MCN Fall practices are intended to be very low intensity ensuring that there is zero fatigue with the primary Fall sports.
