I hope everyone has had a good week. I know several of you ran at the Manchester Invitational last week. We’ll practice this Sunday at Pineland from 8:00-9:30. Bring the classical skis. The forecast looks clear.
October is here and I realize everyone has a full schedule. With that said, remember successful ski racing is driven from what you do in the off season.

11/2 Bowdoin Duathlon
11/22 Session 1 departs for the Quebec trip
