Here is the whole fall schedule and training locations for everyone's planning purposes. It will be from October 26th to November 21, 2010. On Monday December 6th Winter practices will begin and go through Monday March, 14, 2011.
Tuesday- 3:15 to 4:45PM- Twinbrooks Roller Skiing.
Wednesday- 6:00 to 6:45AM Strength at Yarmouth High School's weight room.
Wednesday- 3:15 to 4:15PM Location will change week to week to keep it more interesting.
Thursday- 3:15 to 4:30PM- Twinbrooks Roller Skiing.
Friday- Train on your own.
Saturday- Train on your own.
Sunday- 1:00 to 3:00PM- Hike or Roller ski. Location will move around to keep the training more exciting.
