Training October 25-October 31

Hi Team,

First I want to remind everyone I am not going to be here this Sunday because I am going to be in Atlanta, GA. Also on Tuesday October 26th we start up 5 times a week practices!
The schedule for next week is as follows:


Monday 10/25- Off
Tuesday 10/26- 3:15-4:30PM Meet at Twinbrooks for a classic roller Ski.
Wednesday 10/27- 6:00-6:45AM Strength at Yarmouth High School. 
Wednesday 3:15PM-4:15 Macworth Island, Falmouth. Easy jog in the afternoon.
Thursday 10/28 3:15-4:30PM at Twinbrooks- Skate roller ski with race pace speed but relaxed and short. Only 2 minutes on and 4 minutes off. 6 times
10/29 Friday- Short Run and strength 1:00 total On your own.
10/30 Saturday- Easy roller ski for about or bike. 1:30 hours. On your own.
10/31 Sunday- Eyes for the Pies Roller Ski race! Pineland Farms. 8:45 Race starts. Go to Nensa.net for details.
