First Practice!

I am really excited about getting going tomorrow and just wanted to give you all the upcoming week practice schedule.


June 28 2009 – July 7 2009

Practice Schedule

 

6/28 Sunday - 8AM to 10AM

            :45min to 1:00 hour- Whole group Run, and bring your roller ski stuff if you would like me to look at it.

6/29 Monday – Off

6/30 Tuesday – 5:30PM to 7PM

            :50min to 1:10 Classic Roller ski; easy to get used to being on them(if you don’t have roller skis we can figure something else out)

7/1 Wednesday – 7:00AM to 8:30AM

            :45min to 1:00 Skate Roller ski with fun balance exercises (if you don’t have roller skis we can figure something else out)

7/2 Thursday – 7:30AM to 8:30AM

            :45min Trail run and fun games

7/3 Friday – Off  for July 4th weekend

            On your own practice, just get outside and have fun over the weekend!

7/4 Saturday – Off Happy 4th of July

7/5 Sunday- Off for July 4th weekend

7/6 Monday – Off Regular off day

7/7 Tuesday – 5:30PM to 7PM

            Back to normal practice schedule.

 

 

I will have the practice schedule up before the week starts so skiers and parents know what is going on. I will also post it on the blog. Hope this helps everyone and see you tomorrow.
