We had a great week of training in Cape Cod! Many thanks to Martha Crawford, Laura Elder and the Pratico's! Nothing like training in Cape Cod in the summer on beautiful bike paths and ending each work out with a swim.

8/16 Monday- Off
8/17 Tuesday- 8:00-9:00AM- Strength at Yarmouth High School.
8/18 Wednesday- 7:30-9:00AM- Running leg Speed at Yarmouth High School Track.
8/19 Thursday- 8:00-9:00AM- Strength at Yarmouth High School.
5:00-6:30PM- Classic Roller Ski Meet at the Falmouth Superintendents office.
8/20 Friday- 8:30-10:30AM- Road Bike Ride with Connor. Details to follow.
8/21 Saturday- On your own run, or roller ski for 1:45.
8/22 Sunday- 7:45-10:00AM Skate Roller Ski in Freeport at Kelsey Ridge Rd off of Pleasant Hill Rd.
