Hope you all had a nice long weekend and enjoyed Columbus Day. Sorry I am getting this week's training out a little late, I will have next weeks out much sooner!
10/11 Monday- 1-3pm Skate Roller Ski in Freeport
10/12 Tuesday- Roller Ski with speed. 20 minutes of level 3. Make sure you do intervals with equal recovery or more. 1:30 total. Or you can take the day off.
10/13 Wednesday- 6:00-6:45AM Morning Strength at Yarmouth High School. Easy jog in the afternoon. 1:00 total
10/14 Thursday- Roller Ski with race pace speed but relaxed and short. Only 1 minute on and 2 minutes off. 7 times 1:15 hours total.
10/15 Friday- Short Run and strength 1:00 total
10/16 Saturday- Easy roller ski for about 1:00 hour.
10/17 Sunday- 2-4PM Classic Roller Ski at Pineland Farms. 2 hours with technique work.
Total Hours for the week= 8.25
