Training October 4-October 10

Hi Team,

We will be skiing today Sunday 10/3 at Twinbrooks if you can join us. I know in the early fall schedule I had said off but I figured since I just ran an 8.8 mile relay I can ski get out there with you all and bike along!
Next week's schedule is as follows:

Monday 10/4- Off
Tuesday 10/5- Roller Ski with speed. 10 minutes of level 3. Make sure you do intervals with equal recovery or more. 1:30 total
Wednesday 10/6- 6:00-6:45AM Morning Strength at Yarmouth High School. Easy jog on your own in the afternoon. 1:15 total.
Thursday 10/7- Roller Ski easy level 1 for 1:45 hours total.
Friday 10/8- Short Run and strength 1:00 total
Saturday 10/9- Easy roller ski for about 1:30 hours.
Sunday 10/10- Day off since we will work out together on Monday. Or if you want bike ride.
Monday 10/11- 1:00-3:00PM Skate Roller Ski Kelsey Ridge Rd off of Pleasant Hill Rd in Freeport.
Total Hours for the week= 9.5
