As I promised next week's training plan is coming out much sooner than this current week. Now you all can have a heads up on what is to come.
I won't be around on Sunday October 24th due to a trip to Atlanta, GA so practice will be on your own that day. Also we will get going with the late fall group on Tuesday the 26th and will be training together 5 times a week!
10/18 Monday- Off
10/19 Tuesday- Skate Roller Ski with speed or run. 10 minutes of level 3. Make sure you do intervals with equal recovery or more. 1:30 total
10/20 Wednesday- 6:00-6:45AM Strength at Yarmouth High School. Easy jog in the afternoon. 1:00 total
10/21 Thursday- Classic Roller Ski with race pace speed but relaxed and short. Only 1 minute on and 2 minutes off. 5 times 1:15 hours total.
10/22 Friday- Short Run and strength 1:00 total
10/23 Saturday- Easy skate roller ski or bike. 1:15 hours.
10/24 Sunday- Classic Roller Ski L1 for 2 hours with technique work.
Total Hours for the week= 8.50
