After a great trip to Presque Isle and SNOW skiing at Mars Hill we are going to take tomorrow off. We trained over 3 hours today and an hour yesterday afternoon. Most all high school teams start practice on Monday so you won't be able to take that day off therefore we will not practice tomorrow so you can get a rest day. If you have not trained much this week you can go for a roller ski, hike or run. I would recommend doing about an hour and a half of zone 1 training if you do decide to go out.
I want people to be fresh for getting togerher with your school teams and continue the great training you have been doing.
MCN will meet up starting on Monday December 6th. I will post the location as we get closer to see what happens with the weather.
