I hope you are all doing well training with your school teams as well as doing what you need to on your own. Hopefully we will get snow on the ground soon so we can get out on our REAL SKIS!
The training plan for next week is as follows and remember do what you can and also check in with you school coaches:
12/13 Monday- 3:15-4:30 Classic Roller Ski at Pineland.
12/14 Tuesday- Run for 1 hour and strength.
12/15 Wednesday- Level 3 skate workout. Do 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off. 4-5 times.
12/16 Thursday- Off or just an easy jog if you are racing at the Craftsbury EC. If not racing take the day off.
12/17 Friday- Classic ski with pickups 10 seconds on 50 seconds off, if you are racing at the Craftsbury EC. 1 hour total. If not racing then do an hour of classic technique at level 1 and 2.
12/18 Saturday- Craftsbury EC race. For those not racing try and do a level 4 work out. 4 minutes on and 5 minutes off 4 times. You can do this skate or classic and on roller skis is fine.
12/19 Sunday- Craftsbury EC race. If not racing try and do a 2 hour classic ski.
